Understanding Quantum Backpropagation
Backpropagation techniques are widely used in neural networks for the purpose of weight adjustment and system error compensation. The lecture discusses the basics of backpropagation algorithm with reference to a multilayer neural network. In addition, quantum backpropagation is introduced with reference to quantum mechanical principles. Applications of the quantum backpropagation technique are also demonstrated.
The key topics to be discussed in this lecture include Fundamentals of Multilayer Neural Networks, Backpropagation Algorithm, Quantum Computing Fundamentals, Quantum backpropagation.
Quantum Entanglement and the W State
Quantum Computing promises to be the computing of the future. Quantum entanglement is the property which generally gives rise to non-local interaction among bipartite correlated states. These properties have some profound implications. In this lecture, I discuss the essence of quantum entanglement with reference to the W state. Finally applications of W state are also highlighted.
The key topics to be discussed in this lecture include Quantum Computing Fundamentals, Quantum Entanglement, W State, Teleportation
Automatic Image Clustering with Multilevel Quantum Systems
Cluster analysis is a popular technique whose aim is to segregate a set of data points into groups, called clusters where the number of clusters are predefined. Automatic determination of the optimum number of clusters from a dataset is a challenging proposition in the computer vision community. Different metaheuristics are widely used for solving complex optimization problems. In this lecture, the use of the Multilevel Quantum Logic and metaheuristic techniques is explored to design Quantum Metaheuristics, which can be applied to compute optimum number of clusters in a dataset, to obviate human intervention.
The key topics to be discussed in this lecture include Clustering Fundamentals, Quantum Computing Fundamentals, Metaheuristics, Quantum Inspired Metaheuristics, t-test.
